UI/UX Designer & Researcher (m/f/d) in Sofia, Bulgaria

Your mission

In your role as UI/UX Designer:

• You are responsible for the user experience in one of our product teams
• You collaborate actively with product manager and engineers, discuss complex problems and requirements, and create coherent concepts and design for a great user experience for our customers and help with our further business growth
• You apply different methods of user research (e.g. user tests, interviews, surveys) in order to enable data-driven decision making in our product team
• You develop and visualize intuitive user flows and discuss them with your product team peers as well as our senior managers and founders

Your profile

• You bring at least 2 years of professional experience as UI/UX Designer and team player in agile cross-functional software development team
• You are highly skilled in areas such as concept creation, design, user research, usage of the corresponding applications and you impress with your portfolio of successful design projects
• You are result oriented, data- and user driven person, who also brings structured approach, analytical thinking, and strong customer focus
• You are a team player who loves to communicate in English and/ or German and a good sense of humor
