Operations Intern - Trucking (f/m/d)

As our Operation Intern within our trucking team, you will ensure all truck bookings from clients are successful bookings on xChange. You will oversee the ongoing shipments and help when necessary to find solutions for problems occurring with ongoing shipments, making the entire process a world-class experience!

You ll be joining a Series B scale-up with ambitious ramp-up plans! Hence, our ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, takes full ownership, creates seamless operational and activation services, and scale customer success processes.

Your responsibilities in a nutshell

• Own, create and optimize ways of communication with customers and our trucking partners
• Act as the first point of contact for any questions related to ongoing shipments or our in-app experience
• Build relationships with our trucking partners; troubleshoot where necessary and solve trucking problems for our clients as efficiently as possible
• Have a strong focus on customer relationships, helping them to grow their business with us, by providing a first-class service

Requirements

What we re looking for

• You have excellent communication skills you enjoy day-to-day customer communication and are not afraid to pick up the phone
• With your can-do attitude, you are proactive, persistent, and diligent in all your tasks you have a strong desire to take ownership of your tasks
• You have an output-oriented problem-solving personality you are passionate about our mission and want to disrupt an entire industry with us
• Fluency in English any other language would be super nice but is no must-have
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) SQL knowledge is an advantage
