Your role

• Designing and adapting our Recruiting processes: You set up new processes for employer branding and our talent management and check them for their scalability. The ultimate goal is a positive candidate experience.
• Ownership for all recruiting activities: You are responsible for specific positions within our team and take ownership of the entire recruiting process, from job postings to candidate communication and candidate management.
• Further development of our recruiting strategies: You develop new strategies for active sourcing, employer branding, etc. and analyze the effectiveness of different channels.
• Planning and implementation of career events: You plan, organize and coordinate internal events for the entire team as well as external recruiting events for various target groups. You get creative and follow the latest trends.

Our requirements

• Degree in business administration, economics, psychology or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources and organization development
• Experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-growing company or a dynamic environment (consulting, start-up, technology)
• Experience with ATS (esp. Lever) as a plus
• Team player and organizational talent
• Independent and structured way of working
• Fluency in German and English
