Tasks
- Work with costumers who have terminated their contracts and try to retain them.
- Match current customers' needs with the best solution.
- Ensure the best customer experience.
- Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency along with upselling and cross-selling.
- Meet key performance indicators (customer satisfaction, productivity, and deal volume).
- Accurately record notes clearly in all relevant systems.
Requirements
- Native level of German.
- Full professional level of English.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Sales attitude/mindset.
- Results-driven person.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience will be a plus.
