The People Department partners with our company leaders to enable them to make great decisions everyday. In tandem with all employees you create exceptional opportunities for growth and development. As HRBP you will partner up with our function leaders to support them to connect business strategies with people strategies, and empower them to make better decisions everyday. Your goal is to retain and develop the most talented people in your respective function(s).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Act as a mini CHRO for your responsible functions. You onboard leaders from a culture perspective and focus on Engagement, Performance, Feedback, Organizational Building and Development within your respective functions
• Translate our company wide Talent Strategy and adjust it to the demands within your function. You will be a core communicator of those strategic initiatives within your functions
• Work closely together with our People Program Team to roll out new company wide initiatives and policies, bringing a data-driven approach and providing scalable solutions
• Drive productivity and performance, and support our hyper-growth.You will play a leading role in our cross functional feedback and calibration cycles

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• +5 years of experience as a People Leader, strategic HR Business Partner, Project Manager, Function Team Lead or Consultant with background in change management, employee performance and development, company-wide transformation initiatives or similar
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills, proven track record in execution and delivery of complex projects on a cross-functional level
• Experience in a hyper growth environment, with a high level of business acumen and ability to align own initiatives with company strategy and goals
• Strong sense for what s in the best long term interest of the company and with that, the team
• Motivation to work as an individual contributor, comfortable developing recommendations for strategic projects and working autonomously
• Data-driven, able to analyze data, translate it into actionable steps and use it to tell a story
• Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and organize
