As one of our crucial departments, the Marketing team s job is to help yfood to spread our message to all our (potential) customers. That is where you come in!

As Global Brand Researcher & Analyst you will be in charge of all our bespoke brand researches, holistic consumer / customer analysis, as well as driving cross-functional collaboration to bring brand insights to the next level. Putting our consumers at the heart of everything we do, your work will turn research into actionable insights to further grow our business, optimize our brand managements efforts, and ultimately strengthen our brand. You will directly report to the Brand Management Lead and work closely with the entire marketing team and all data/insights stakeholders.

YOUR MISSION

  • You plan, execute, and analyze our global brand tracker and customer survey(s) including action-based result presentations.
  • You set up and carry-out ad-hoc research projects that provide actionable insights to optimize our brand management and marketing efforts.
  • You further enhance and optimize our brand KPI measurement framework by suggesting additional tools, research, and tests.
  • You develop and implement overarching consumer & customer analysis by using primary data sources and adding secondary research were meaningful.
  • You integrate brand research data into our data warehouse and set-up overarching brand KPI & marketing performance dashboard in close collaboration with our BI team.
  • You collaborate with our BI, data-science, growth and retail teams to drive overarching consumer/customer as well as business insights.
  • You closely monitor consumer/market trends and share insights that have a direct impact on business decisions .
  • You offer advice, deliver insights and consult all international brand managers and internal stakeholders as our brand research and consumer insights expert.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • You have a degree in business administration or marketing with a specialization in market research/statistics; alternatively degree in social sciences or similar
  • You have a proven track record of working as a market/brand researcher (preferably 5 years FMCG and brand research experience)
  • You are highly skilled in different research methodologies, statistical testing, XLS, SPSS, online survey tools; (SQL, Tableau is a plus)
  • You have outstanding analytical and data analysis skills paired with the ability to focus on results that drive action
  • You have a communicative personality with a passion for data and the ability to win people for your projects
  • You can reduce complex issues to what matters and make results digestible for varying stakeholder groups
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to deliver short-term successes whilst having a long-term vision in mind
  • You have organizational talent and the ability to keep your cool on stressful days
  • You are fluent in English and German
