(Senior) Manager (f/m/d) - Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

Your Tasks:

• You will be responsible for target group orientated communication in the context of our employer branding initiatives, shaping the attractive and positive perception of our company.
• You will work with most important internal and external stakeholders to expand the reach of our employer brand and enhance our value proposition.
• You will manage, in close collaboration with our marketing team, internal and external communication campaigns, such as the development of social media channels and the implementation of direct approaches to universities, colleges as well as other educational institutions
• You keep a close eye on personnel marketing performance and take appropriate measures, which you implement in a proactive and solution-oriented manner
• You will also be in close contact with our recruiters and colleagues in HR marketing in order to exchange strategies in the best possible way and to drive forward overarching projects in employer branding.
• (You are responsible for the positive candidate experience from A to Z).

We Appreciate:

• You have a degree in business administration, business psychology, communication sciences, business administration, marketing or a comparable degree.
• You have already gained experience in personnel marketing, recruiting and/or employer branding in a global company (min. 2-3 years).
• In addition to operational tasks, you do not lose sight of strategic challenges, confidently translate these into suitable concepts and proactively drive your topics forward in a solution-oriented manner.
• You convince through your creative drive, communication skills and assertiveness.
• You communicate confidently and appropriately in German and English.
• You can inspire others, you always have your finger on the pulse of the times and have a good feel for target groups and trends.
