Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist [Hybrid, NL]

A European market leader in the vehicle industry is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join their team. The company has a presence in over 10 countries with over 3000 employees spread out. You will be working in the CRM team to optimize the usage and implementation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment

Tasks

• Create and maintain customer journeys, triggered sends and email templates within Marketing Cloud
• Develop and execute the CRM strategy together with the CRM team
• Work closely with other departments to translate business requirements into automated journeys

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Technical experience as an email marketeer or Marketing Cloud specialist is preferred
• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
• Living in Europe; preferably the Netherlands
