Your Tasks:

You will be responsible for our customers, who contact our CEOs, the Press Office, and the Legal Department.

• You analyze and evaluate the escalations together with the relevant specialist departments and, as a result, help to ensure that internal processes and products are continuously improved and developed.
• You find solutions in the interest of our customers, while saving the interests of the company. You are a figurehead for our company, and contribute to the positive image of IONOS.
• You make a major contribution to customer satisfaction, and thus also contribute to continuous quality development.
• You feel responsible for working proactively and resolve concerns on a case-by-case basis.

We Appreciate:

You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship, and/or have several years in customer service or a similar field.

• You are an absolute communication talent, you communicate confident in oral and written form.
• You are able to present data and facts of complex contexts in a professional and comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
• A high level of analytical and conceptual understanding as well as a solution-oriented approach are also among your strengths.
• You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working as well as a high degree of initiative.
• A good command of English rounds off your profile , fluent German is a must.
