Your Tasks:

  • To continue on this path, we are looking for a motivated team leader who will work closely with their team and interfaces to ensure this first-class support.
  • You will offer our employees optimal support for further development. In addition, you will be responsible for leading and managing your team, as well as for achieving quality and sales targets.
  • Supplemented by your individual coaching, you will ensure optimal knowledge transfer.
  • You will also be involved in the implementation of projects and will be the operational contact person.

We Appreciate:

You have completed technical or commercial vocational training or have very good experience in a management position in Customer Service. In addition, you are characterized by the following:

  • Excellent communication to be able to inspire in written and verbal form.
  • You are also versatile and diplomatic, always dedicated to efficient productivity.
  • You have a strong service-oriented mindset with a relentless pursuit of improvement on behalf of clients* and bring experience in providing sales support to clients*.
  • Knowledge of hosting and/or server administration (e.g. Linux) is also desirable.
  • Perfect German and good English skills round off your profile.
