Tasks

• Lead our team of C++ developers.
• Take responsibility for the performance of your team from the team members wellbeing to the team s combined ability to produce high-quality results.
• Enthusiastically solve problems, design and develop our C++ based software in an agile environment.
• Support the process of recruiting other developers.
• Collaborate with the AI team about algorithm specifications.
• Communicate effectively across the organization make yourself understood by everyone from the developers to the CEO.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• Excellent leadership skills; you are able to empower the team, but you are humble enough to learn something new from your more junior colleagues.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• At least 6+ years of experience developing C++.
• Practical experience with software design and development concepts.
• German residency or obtaining a working permit for Germany is essential.
