LIGENTEC is a young and dynamic European company located in Lausanne, Switzerland and Paris, France. We are manufacturing silicon nitride based Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for customers in high-tech areas such as Quantum Technologies, LiDAR, Space Technologies and Biosensors. LIGENTEC All-Nitride technology enables our customers to develop their products in the industrial revolution 4.0.
Tasks
- Develop and optimise etch processes
- Guarantee and improve quality
- Provide operational support to production
- Participate in technology transfers and the industrialization of new products
- Set up and optimise product and equipment monitoring
- Establish action and improvement plans, preventive and/or corrective
- To carry out your missions, you will interface with many entities in Process Defect Integration, Development, Production, and Project Management.
Requirements
- Engineer or PhD with hands-on experience in plasma etching with various ICP and CCP reactors. You know how to characterise the different etched materials with focus on dielectrics
- Knowledge of SPC, FDC, APC, DOE
- Experience in integrated optics is a strong plus
- Rigorous and autonomous, you have a strong taste for process technologies and dynamic environments.
- Good communication skills
- Goal-oriented and driven to work on the next-generation photonic technologies
- Good computer skills are required (Python, JMP, R or equivalent) and knowledge of data analysis systems
- Work/residence permit for France or French/EU citizenship.
- Working proficiency in English and French
