THE ROLE

Reporting to the Team Lead for Tenant Operations & Technical Project Management, as the Technical Project Manager you will be involved in the concrete setup, enhancement and management of our B2B partnerships as well as our own Direct to Consumer (DTC) Business. You will be in charge of coordinating the technical setup and the delivery for all of Zattoo s customizable services and products with a focus on Backend and Video on Demand integration.

THE TENANT OPERATIONS & TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Tenant Operations & Technical Project Management Team is responsible for a wide range of tasks helping to maintain and grow Zattoo s platform. We onboard new Partners, new Video on Demand providers and consult external and internal parties. Furthermore, we plan, coordinate and execute config changes and releases in frontend apps as well as in the backend.

WHAT YOU LL DO

• Plan and coordinate onboarding of Video on Demand Providers as well as regular content updates
• Plan and coordinate new B2B Partner setup and new Feature rollouts
• Support our Partners with questions related to technical setup and product definement
• Get a good understanding of our platform by working hands-on on configurational tasks
• Collaborate closely with different teams at Zattoo from Project Management and Client Success Team to Product and Engineering Teams to ensure a smooth setup and release of apps and features
• Maintain and expand our Documentation aimed for internal as well as external use

WHAT YOU LL BRING

• Basic scripting skills

• Experience with version control systems (git/github)

• Experience using formatting languages such as JSON, YAML and XML

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to explain complex technical solutions in easy words to non-tech people

• Excellent verbal and written English or German skills

• Eagerness to work with different teams and platforms

• Independent, structured, thorough and well organized working style with the ability to handle multiple tasks with various priorities

• Bonus:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science/IT or similar experience
  • Experience in VOD publishing and Content Discovery Curation
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and remote teams
  • Experience in Project Management
