Reservations Agent (Dutch/Flemish Speaker)

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Reservations Agent will be:

• Being the connection between the sales department and the providers and financial administration
• Taking care of the daily hands-on reservations
• Taking care of all travel services (hotel, car rental, flights and activities)
• Being in charge of the contracting of hotels and new partners for leisure and business clients
• Continuously optimisation travel needs and improving the product assortment
• Being the perfect travel consultant to the clients
• Answering phone and email queries from guests in a timely and respectful manner
• Inputting new ideas on how the company continually improves the sales process and its approach

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are native in Dutch/Flemish and speak English at a professional level
• You have valuable experience as a reservations agent
• You have a deep interest in the tourism industry
• You like to get things done and preferably quickly
• You are well organised, used to work with to-do lists and prioritise easy
• Your communication is clear, to the point and efficient
• You work well on yourself and within a team
• In a dynamic surrounding you are well at maintaining peach and overview
• You are a digital and online professional who works quick and easy with Microsoft, experience with systems and likes to have an office job
• You are empathic and are well at managing stakeholders
