YOUR MISSION

Secure a well-running product, resolve customer problems with our platform as quickly as possible and ensure that our customers have a smooth and fast onboarding to our network.

YOUR TASKS

This is a unique opportunity for a driven, highly skilled individual who wants to have a career close to a digital product. We are looking for a motivated Customer Success - Technical Specialist (m/f/x), who wants to leverage his/her expertise to build the B2B integration layer of the future. As a Customer Success - Technical Specialist (m/f/x) at Procuros, you will own the onboarding of new customers from start to finish and support your customers to have the best experience working with our platform. This role is a great opportunity to learn about innovative, digital businesses and grow into other roles within the company, e.g. product and sales.

Tasks include:

  • Work closely with our customer success and product team to advance our product and support our tech team to spot and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Own and drive the onboarding process of trade partners and customers from start to finish
  • Lead the technical coordination with trade partners for new customers incl. the coordination and set up for all document types
  • Build sustainable partnerships with our customers and trade partners and help us set up a strong platform
  • Monitor our network, handle errors, and provide excellent and hands-on support
  • Build and maintain our user-guide for an exhilarated customer and network experience

YOUR PROFILE

  • You gained experience in managing integrations in B2B transactions (e.g., in a customer support role) in a fast-paced environment where you have established, executed, and scaled reliable processes
  • You have previous experience working with technology products (ideally SaaS)
  • You have experience with tools like Airtable, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Azure.
  • You have a general technical understanding of EDI and standard data formats and preferably other interfaces and data formats (API, cXML, ...)
  • You have a strong service-oriented mindset
  • You work in an organized and structured manner, have a hands-on mentality, and you are capable to lead tasks from start to finish
  • You are a problem solver who seeks to remove hurdles for customer and internal teams
  • You have strong communication skills and you enjoy building relationships
  • You are fluent in German and English
