(Senior) Business Operations & Development Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

We are searching for a highly driven and structured go-getter. You should have a passion for fast-growing tech startups as well as for insurance and real estate. Most importantly, you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and switch focus when needed.

• You will work directly with the founders
• You take responsibility for high-priority projects that have a big impact on the company's success and a steep learning curve with an exciting mix of strategic conceptualization and operational execution in diverse business areas such as Marketing, Product, Insurance, Operations, Fundraising or Recruiting
• Some projects will involve identifying new business opportunities, exploring new distribution channels, entering new partnerships, setting up and executing processes, creating and measuring KPIs
• This role comes with great autonomy and provides insights on how to build a business and trains your ability to solve any problem

Requirements

• 2 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up / strategy consulting or something similar)
• Smart and entrepreneurial mindset if you re planning to found a start-up yourself, this is your chance to do a dry run
• The talent to understand complex topics, to bring them to the point and to present them in an understandable and clear way
• An independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working and a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and motivation
• Strong communication skills for close interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams as well as with external stakeholders in German and English
• A positive infectious "get it done" attitude with a clear understanding of priorities
