Job Description

Dresslife enables shopping for fashion in the most convenient way, while making the entire process more sustainable. We develop the most accurate 1-to-1 personalization technology for fashion. Tasks

  • Drive complex technical projects and provide leadership in a dynamic startup environment
  • Manage large scale software development projects for our clients (leading global fashion retailers)
  • Act as technical and functional contact for clients as well as interface to development team
  • Ensure successful planning and execution of technical projects
  • Timely delivery and implementation of software components to client
  • Efficient planning and coordination of development tasks
  • Technical management and coordination of SCRUM process
  • Provide technical expertise throughout product lifecycle (design, implementation, delivery of scalable services and infrastructure)
  • Manage the effective transfer of features from product management to development
  • Manage technical debts
  • Coach, mentor, and lead a team of software engineers
  • Optimize development and team collaboration by Dresslife s high-performance culture
  • Close collaboration with Product Management & Business teams

Requirements

  • Experience in: fast paced product startups, scaling a product and/or team, Artificial Intelligence, leading a dynamic and fast-growing software team
  • 5+ years of full-stack and/or backend software engineering experience
  • Outstanding analytical and project estimation skills to manage multiple development projects
  • Proven success in leading developer/engineering teams
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Development related processes
  • Strong cultural fit to Dresslife culture and values
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field (additional Master's Degree ideal)
  • English (written and verbal)

Preferred additional Skills

  • Tech stack: NodeJS, JavaScript, Python, Kafka, Cassandra, Docker
  • Know-how of technical debt management
