(Senior) Product Designer Medical Software

Your mission

As Product Designer or Full Stack UX Designer (f/m/d) in our team you will be creating consumer-grade software on mobile and desktop from research to high-fidelity design to ensure our hundreds of internal veterinarians, veterinary nurses and customer success staff can deliver the best possible customer experience, efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Product, QA and Engineering to deliver consumer-grade software for our internal staff
• Take responsibility for the whole design process for parts of our internal software - be it research, low-fidelity prototypes or feasible UI designs
• Join your users and their representatives directly to deeply understand their work, needs, pain points, and levers for improvement or innovation
• Work with mockups and prototypes to iterate, create UI designs, and ensure your fellow engineers can put your work into user hands
• Gather feedback daily in order to create products that just work
• Understand how your designs work out in-the-wild
• Continuously rethink and evolve the user experience of important processes, and the building blocks to make it happen technically, like the Design System

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience working as a UX Designer or a related field
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems
• A strong command of contemporary design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC
• Experience with user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing
• Experience working in complex environments with many different users, stakeholders and complex processes
• Great Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• English on business-level and good conversational German required
