Green Energy Venture, part of the OE-EN Group, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain. We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over 2 decades. Our fields of expertise are engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies. We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects from their development to grid connection along our core competencies.

Tasks

• Economic modelling and feasibility evaluation of high-tech concepts along the renewable value chain between generation, storage and grid with focus on PV.
• Technoeconomic assessment of different design cases to determine the best technology and design for a given case and interest
• Establishment of documentation and presentations for banks, investors and other entities involved
• Drawing up construction plans for ground mounted solar power plants and revision and control of such plans
• Electrical design and cable loss calculations for solar power plants
• Conduction of energy yield assessments by means of PVsyst

Requirements

• Completed master s degree, doctorate, or comparable qualification in the field of environmental or system engineering, energy technology, and/or energy efficiency
• Minimum of 2-years experience in the field of balancing renewable systems and their verification processes
• Minimum of 1-year experience working with rooftop PV installations
• Knowledge of latest generation technologies along with renewable energies
• Ability to operate independently AutoCAD and Pvsyst. Knowledge of Python, EPLAN, MATLAB, and other simulation tools is valued
• Good knowledge of English (mandatory) and German (good to have)
• Willingness to travel internationally (10%)
• Well-structured, organized, and service-oriented way of working
• Quick comprehension and independent working
• Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment
