Your Tasks

  • Primary ownership and accountability for ensuring customer growth, delight, and retention for complex customers
  • Build and foster relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams
  • Drives long-term customer adoption through successful onboarding and long-term success planning
  • Define what success means for your customers and produce detailed plans outlining roadmap to achieve success and share in accountability of their success
  • Monitor the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, success and renewal and churn
  • Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans where needed
  • Use tools/automation to achieve optimal productivity

Your Profile

  • Experience owning, maintaining, and driving a customer relationship in a quota or retention-carrying role
  • Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with presenting strategy verbally in person, over the phone, and in email communication
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize and time manage for successful execution
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Engineering, IT, Economics or similar field preferred
  • At least two years experience in a Customer Success Management role as an individual contributor in a modern and customer-centric SaaS environment
  • Experience in managing medium to large sized customer cohorts with a tech-touch and low-touch approach
  • Experience with customer health scoring methodologies and execution of appropriate CSM playbooks
  • Experience with modern CSM tools like Planhat, Gainsight or similar are appreciated
  • You have very good German and English skills to round off your profile
