We are a fast-growing fintech company based in Vienna. linx4 offers pay-per-use financing for industrial equipment in over 20 countries. Together we are changing the way how industrial equipment is sold and financed.
We are now looking for a middle office expert to join our team.
Tasks
- Reviewing and managing our internal middle-office processes with a special focus on accounts receivable management, collateral management, VAT payments, compliance with anti-money-laundering (KYC/ AML) regulations.
- Setting up efficient processes for contract management
- Dealing with customer enquiries related to existing contracts
- Dealing with insurance and servicing matters related to machines financed
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in the
leasing business or having held a dedicated middle- or back-office management
position in a leasing company - Very good organizational skills & high level of teamwork and communication skills
- Degree in business administration or vocational training in banking ("Banklehre")
- Confident handling of MS-Office applications as well as fluency in German & English
