As a Senior IT System Administrator, you are the go-to person for our IT environment in our new office. You support our people to excel within the medical data and app industry. Of course, you also help grow the organization with excellent, future-proven, and state-of-the-art IT solutions.

Your Role with us

• Run important IT projects and implement services and policies that improve our current setting
• Lead all our Office IT initiatives and the frontend team (currently 1 FTE)
• Ensure reliable and secure operations of the office IT environment
• Identify process issues and implement smarter and better support for them
• Organize yourself to solve problems reliably and on time
• Take care of our in-house user and account management
• Organize your people in finding smart and simple ways to solve their IT problems
• Support your team in being the friendly face of IT technology towards our people
• Collaborate closely with our office management, HR, and other departments.

What you bring to the table

• You bring an innovative, can-do, hands-on mindset, always actively looking for the next problem to fix or an efficient solution to push our IT to the next level.
• You have the ability to develop clear and complete rationals for your initiatives, as well as important decisions.
• You understand IT security concepts, user management, system administration and monitoring, file management, backup strategies, and GDPR-compliant Office IT setups.
• You have already worked with AWS/GCP and have some experience with asset and identity management.
• You have also rolled out security policies and anti-spam/anti-virus solutions.
• You show outstanding skills in organizing and structuring your work.
• You are willing to extend your knowledge into new areas.
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
