The position
Become part of our NBT product team and take on a key role in the growth and success of Next Big Thing and its ventures as our Product Owner (f/m/d).

Your tasks:

• Together with the UX team, you identify user problems and design solutions.
• You translate strategic requirements into product solutions that add value for the customer. You also create user stories and maintain the backlogs.
• You plan, create and keep track of the roadmap for your area of responsibility.
• You keep track of the results through analytical evaluations and draw conclusions for the adaptation of the product
• You work closely with an interdisciplinary and highly motivated team of designers and engineers.

Requirements

What you provide:

• You have at least three years of professional experience as a product owner for the development of digital products
• You are well versed in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, which is also part of your everyday work.
• You have a goal-oriented mindset and an analytical way of working.
• You are a team player and manage to keep an eye on the well-being of the team, even in stressful phases.
• You speak fluent German and English
