Job Description

Role Purpose

HR Administrator will support the HR function and primarily the HR
Manager in Germany with all operational aspects and employee life cycle from
onboarding to resignation/ termination.

Role Overview

As an HR Admistrator you would be responsible for the
administration and general duties for all German employees in relation to
drafting employment contract, certificates or letters, absence management,
payroll administration and other HR activities. The position requires absolute discretion as the role holder has access
to confidential personnel information.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Independent preparation of contracts, certificates and
references

Compilation of starter documentation and related materials

Organization and administration of onboarding and
offboarding processes

Maintenance of personnel master data and other
documents

Responsibility for absence management

Assisting in the preparation of the monthly payroll as
an interface to our external payroll office

Participation in various HR projects

Preparation of personnel statistics and reporting

Support of our international recruiting process
including relocation

Requirements

Person Specification

The Human Resources Administrator will be able to demonstrate the
following competencies and behaviours:

Initial work experience in operational HR, e.g.
through internships or student traineeships or successfully completed
bachelor's degree with a focus on human resources or comparable professional
training

Strong communication skills, able to demonstrate a
professional and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external
parties and reliable way of working even with a high workload and under time
pressure

Basic knowledge of German labour and social security
law desirable

Fluent German as well as very good written and spoken
English skills

Excellent IT skills, confident handling of MS Office
and other HR software tools

Self-starter with excellent attention to detail

Very independent, professional and reliable way of
working with very good organizational skills- Team player as well as
communicative, open and sense of humor

Actively participates in identifying new ways of doing
things to improve or increase existing value in

Silence

Clear
affiliation with Company vision and values, and a true ambassador of our organization

Attention to detail especially in proof reading
material going externally

Demonstrable experience of working in a dynamic, fast
changing organization

Experience in an international environment desirable
