Senior Product Designer (f/m/d) - Remote

As a senior product designer, you will be part of one of our cross-functional teams at Flooz. Beyond complementing and enhancing the existing Flooz design standards, your mission will be focused on evolving the strategic direction of the product you are working for (e.g. our wallet), in close collaboration with the product manager and the engineering team. You will also become part of our design organization, which holds you accountable and guides you on an exciting path to grow personally.

Flooz is a fully remote company with employees located in 10+ countries (CET +/- 3hrs). We believe in international, cross-functional team setups and promote regular face-to-face meetings, e.g. in company events or in-person product sprints.

Tasks

• Build out a world-class design experience and develop and apply design system (DLS) components, patterns, principles, and libraries
• Create documentation, mockups, style guides, and presentations
• Develop reusable, pixel perfect design assets for product use
• Create inspiring 'north star' design concepts that inform a future product vision
• Lead the quality assurance process to ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms and devices
• Facilitate design reviews, user research, and meetings
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively advocate for product design strategy, vision, and goals
• Encourage an inclusive and open environment that makes space for diverse viewpoints and working styles
• Be ego-free, and have a willingness to fail and learn
• Be a heavily involved leader who likes to stay close to the Flooz design topics

Requirements

• Experience building processes and systems to efficiently ship products in a fast-paced and highly collaborative professional environment
• The ability to work efficiently with multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and on-screen)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for product design, and a continuous drive for staying up-to-date on the newest product design trends and best practices
• Nice to have: Proven experience building out and managing successful and advanced design systems
