Software Engineer – UX/UI

Nimagna is a Swiss startup that aims to provide a revolutionary way of delivering spectacular, visually augmented content in next-gen collaboration applications.

Tasks

We are looking for a UX/UI Software Engineer to help us build Nimagna s next-gen video processing and collaboration solution. The product is at the intersection of computer vision, video processing, computer graphics and AI.

You will contribute to our product development, technical innovation and ground-breaking real-time algorithms that go way beyond today s solutions and that will change the way we collaborate remotely. While the company is based in Switzerland this role is a fully remote work position.

What You ll Do

• You take ownership of the user experience including the user interface components of our solution.
• You will implement front-end components.
• You will be the advocate of user experience driven software development to ensure that our mission is the user s happiness.
• You will implement, test, and deliver new features within a cross-functional agile and distributed team Focused, independent but collaborative work is what you crave for!
• You will take responsibility and ownership in more than just development You are not afraid to get your hands dirty!

Requirements

Your Skills & Abilities

• Excellency in UX/UI and software development.
• Master s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with strong software engineering components.
• Excellency in software development, combined with experience and a solid foundation in the required areas of software engineering.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience on both Windows and MacOS.
• Strong experience in C++ and with the Qt SDK.
• Experience in designing user interfaces.
• Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurially minded, flexible and very strong team player.
