Guide, support and lead our key stakeholders - our customers - in solving their most impactful challenges.

YOUR TASKS

You inspire potential customers with our products, working with them to solve their most challenging problems in B2B transactions. You thrive in personal interactions with customers and the interface with our customer success and marketing teams. You love challenges and seek opportunities to grow - thus you will become part of a high-performing team in which you will continuously develop yourself further and eventually have the opportunity to take on leadership roles.

Our Sales & Business Development team works directly with the founding team and drives key growth levers along the entire customer journey. The team finds new leads, identifies needs and requirements and takes ownership for the entire customer journey, from first demo calls to contract closure. In doing so, it generates customer insights, translates them into action plans, and thus actively helps shape the company's product and marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales activities along the customer journey - Customer acquisition, Product demos, contract negotiations, as well as business development in our existing customer base
  • Analysis of the sales funnel, including key metrics along the customer journey, derivation on sales strategies and growth measures
  • Identification of customer needs and scoping of technical requirements
  • Development and implementation of new processes and structures in sales
  • Identification and quantification of new business areas
  • Contact management of customers in our CRM system

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed a business degree with excellent grades
  • You have 3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales (ideally in the area of Software-as-a-Service)
  • You are extremely results-oriented, possess strong communication skills and stay confident in challenging situations
  • You enjoy building deep and sustainable relationships with other people
  • You think entrepreneurially, act responsibly at all times, and want to be actively involved in shaping things
  • You are driven to create value for your customers
  • People are your #1 priority and you enjoy seeing your team members shine
  • You are fluent in German and English
