Social Media Intern (f/m/d)

IMAGO is a leading photography & video provider based in Berlin. National & international top clients use a variety of media from IMAGO - from news to stock photos - for their editorial and commercial contributions.

As a social media intern, you will work on and assist our marketing team in content creation for our social media channels, the social media strategy and audience development for our accounts. You will work across all social media channels creating daily content and using basic editing/ design tools with both image and video. We are looking for ideas, innovation and storytelling skills to inject a voice and grow our social presence.

The position is available immediately.

Tasks

• Create daily content and work alongside Digital performance managers and content managers to implement our marketing strategy
• Grow our reach and connect with the existing audience
• Work with design programs to create assets
• Innovate and interact across social media channels
• Analyze the results of content campaigns and adapt them continuously
• Support the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content

Requirements

• A keen understanding of social media with some previous experience in growing an audience
• Good knowledge of digital platforms and understanding of social media and communications
• Basic knowledge of design programs (Figma/Indesign)
• Video editing skills are a plus
• A friendly and collaborative approach to the people you work with
• High interest in sports and daily news
• Good storytelling skills and a good eye for photography
• Good ability writing in both German and English
