Tasks

Eager to join a well-funded early-stage Fintech/Insurtech Startup as its very first Design member? Keen to shape the foundation of our product from core features to our visual brand identity. We believe that great design shapes not just what we build, but how we approach building, and therefore we want to make it our cultural backbone.

As Founding Designer (m/w/d), you ll have the chance to create a real impact on the success of Enzo by building a world-class customer experience from scratch. We combine early-stage ownership with a strong potential for personal growth and leadership.

Even though it should be clear to you by now what this great opportunity is about, here's some food for thought:

• You ll directly collaborate with the founders to shape our product, the user experience, and our brand direction
• You'll be responsible for designing our core product from major product features, to the interactions that leave users smiling
• Distilling complex technical challenges into user experiences that feel intuitive and natural
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Stretch your wings: from brand to marketing design, we're excited for you to own as much as you can/want to handle
• We have a beautiful office with stunning views in Heidelberg, Germany, however we are open to remote collaboration in CET time zone

Requirements

We don t hire for academic achievement, but for a mindset and a deep passion for UX, design and product. If you can identify with the following points, you should apply!

• You re comfortable with - not just tolerant of - change and uncertainty
• You operate with transparency

• You re a jack of all trades
• You work quickly
• English- and German-speaking (both fluent)
• Needless to say, you are a true master of Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and/or Illustrator and have a strong online portfolio
