Job description and Your Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (e-mail, chat, phone) on travelling issues (flights, hotels, car rental, transfer, cruises etc.) for online travel agents, tour operators and travel management companies.
Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner and in compliance with Multireisen policy and according to SLA.
Perform ticketing and any ticketing-related queries in GDS (Galileo).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and excellent customer service
Work in shifts Monday-Sunday from 8:00 am to 0:00 (40 hours per week)
Experience, Skills & Capabilities:
2+ years experience within a Customer support/GDS specialist (Travelport Galileo) role
Strong technical knowledge of the travel industry with GDS functionality and industry related work experience is advantageous.
Excellent level of technical awareness with a solid understanding of other GDS (Amadeus, Sabre etc.) is advantageous
Experience in supporting B2B products is advantageous
Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
Proficiency in English (written, oral)
