As Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you are directly responsible for existing customer relationships and increasing new business. Together with your colleagues from the Customer Success, Marketing and Product Development departments, you design the most efficient sales processes. You take the sales area assigned to you to the next level of growth and give the right impulses. As a sales expert (m/f/d) and connoisseur of human nature, you understand how to convince customers and colleagues alike of wealthpilot and the vision of democratizing professional wealth management.

These are your tasks

  • Being the contact person for existing customers and increasing successfully new business
  • Designing the entire sales process and cooperation with the Customer Success Team, Product Development, Marketing and Partners
  • Professional customer relationship management and identification of new business opportunities
  • Building a customer pipeline and meeting sales targets by preparing regular forecast plans
  • Continuous development of own sales area (sales vertical) and coaching of other sales colleagues
  • Close cooperation with a Business Development Representative (BDR) and optimization of lead generation

What you have to offer

  • Successfully completed university degree, commercial apprenticeship or comparable further training
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in solution sales and proven success in achieving sales targets in direct SaaS new business
  • Proven success in working with and implementing the sales process with different customers and contacts, from business champion to C-level
  • Strong experience in closing complex sales situations and being responsible for all aspects of territory management
  • Enthusiasm for innovative software solutions and the ability to generate this enthusiasm with customers
  • At least fluent in English and German at a native-speaker level
  • Experience in the financial industry, preferably in private banking or wealth management, would be an advantage.
