Technical Partner Manager - Partner Consultant (m/f/d) - Remote

Your responsibility and tasks

• You serve as the primary technical contact person and trusted advisor for our Build.One partners in collaboration with our partner account managers.
• You understand and clearly articulate the benefits and capabilities of Build.One to partners and their customers at all levels, including technical audiences.
• You have 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in a B2B enterprise software environment.
• You develop a technical partner training concept.
• You enable our new partners to develop their own web applications using our Build.One platform.
• You work jointly with our customer success team and partner account managers to ensure that our partners are onboarded, enabled and capable to serve our joint customers with the highest possible quality and engagement.
• You implement relevant metrics and KPIs to analyze and continuously improve the onboarding process in order to design a better customer experience and to ensure scalability of our processes.
• You support partners in creating and delivering demos and presentations to prospects.
• You develop proofs of concept jointly with partners to ensure high-quality partner onboarding and high customer satisfaction.

Your profile

• You have a track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery or training success for a software company.
• You have a technical university degree or a comparable technical education with in-depth know-how.
• You have learned the basics of modern programming during your studies. Terms like object orientation, inheritance, function calls and SQL statements are not new to you.
• You have good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON) and MS Office and ideally also experience in developing web applications.
• You are an excellent communicator and used to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• You will work as part of a team to solve problems in fast-changing, demanding environments.
• You enjoy researching new information and experimenting with your findings.
• You are a great technical trainer and you know how to engage with your audiance to keep people s attention.
• You are willing and able to travel occasionally.
• You speak and write fluent German and your written and spoken English skills are excellent.
