YOUR PROFILE

• You have an excellent university degree in a tech or business related field
• You have gained experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startup, VC, etc.)
• You are a pragmatic problem-solver and have the ability to respond to changing priorities
• You are passionate about making an impact and doing excellent work
• You have a hands-on mentality and strive to get things done
• You love to learn new things and can quickly absorb new information
• You enjoy collaborating with others to achieve great results together
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are fluent in English (fluency in German is a plus, but not required)
