Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Superchat is the most comprehensive messaging-suite for small and medium-sized businesses. Using our platform, businesses of all sizes can connect with customers via any channel (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and many more) and send out payment requests, collect reviews and sell products in a modern and convenient way.

Led by Blossom Capital and with participation from 468 Capital, Superchat raised $15.6 million in Series A funding last December. In total Superchat raised $18.8 million in just under a year.

You'll:

• Create an ambitious, but realistic budget and track the teams progress in FP&A
• Drive strategic decision making in a fast-paced constantly changing environment
• Oversee compliance with legal requirements such as corporate governance
• Develop and maintain short and long-term financial projections and create scenarios that help leaders envision the impact of different decisions
• Get full exposure by reporting directly to Superchat's Co-Founders
• Support in fundraising our Series B and beyond
• Build a world-class in-house accounting setup, integrating Superchat's operations in multiple countries in Europe

We're looking for someone who has:

• You have 3+ years of experience in Finance at high-performing organizations (e.g. startups, IB, PE), ideally a high-growth start-up/scale-up
• Strong analytical and financial-modeling skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of complex strategy discussions
• Knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
• You are hungry to build an industry-defining company
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
