Executive/HR Assistant (part-time)

Tasks

Please fill in all screening questions.

• Providing secretarial support to the team, including business correspondence, translation, presentations, responses, arranging appointments / meetings, maintaining appointment schedule, answering, and transferring telephone calls, maintaining files, registering outgoing and incoming mail
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Travel arrangements (purchase of plane tickets, accommodation, and transfers)
• Communication with local authorities and partners
• Maintaining all correspondence and relationship with third parties

Requirements

MUST HAVES

• Team player, self-motivated, well-organized, strong communicator, driven and committed
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Communication skills in German and English both written and verbally
• Structured and organized in your day-to-day work
• The ability to maintain high degrees of trust and confidentiality
• Challenge status quo through new insights, ideas, and ways of working
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
