As a Senior Accountant (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the most important accounting topics at Bridgemaker, but you will also help to build up the finance departments at our ventures. This way you can constantly expand your expertise and work on tomorrow's innovations.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your training as a tax clerk or accountant; or a course of study with a focus on accounting.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a start-up environment
• You find it easy to prioritize your daily tasks and recognize development potential in existing processes
• You are confident in using financial tools like DATEV and can coach others in it
• You have a never-stop-learning attitude, which you infect others with
• You think in solutions, not in problems
• You speak German or English at native speaker level - in the other language you are business fluent

Your tasks

• You are the professional contact person for our Junior Accountants
• You are the first contact person for our tax consultants, auditors and banks
• You are responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, as well as asset accounting, accruals and deferrals
• You support the preparation of annual financial statements according to HBG in DATEV
• You accompany the annual audits, as well as audits at Bridgemaker and our ventures
• You work together with the Team Lead Accounting on the timely completion of the tax return for Bridgemaker
• You monitor and are responsible for the current payment transactions
• You are working closely with the Controlling team on cross Finance team projects, such as the implementation of new tools and work processes
