Job Description

Tasks

As a QC Equipment Engineer, you will be involved in the different methods of quality control and will be building a bridge to quality assurance. Your tasks will include:

  • Selection and purchasing of analytical equipment (Centrifuges, scales, pipettes, cooling devices)
  • Installation and qualification of analytical equipment
  • Care and maintenance of analytical equipment
  • Accompanying audits and inspections
  • Ensuring data integrity in the laboratory
  • Working closely with laboratory managers and laboratory technicians

Requirements

  • Diploma in Biology, Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering, or similar
  • Experience in working with analytical equipment such as HPLC, UV, PCR
  • Good understanding of current GMP standards
  • Having already worked in pharmaceutical quality control would be a strong asset
  • Readiness to work in international environment
  • English and German spoken and written
