Production Shift Lead (f/m/x)

VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. We are a data-driven incubation platform for next-generation consumer products and brands. We have launched more than 10 brands and 250 products in 16 markets across several categories including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care. VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with in-house marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain, and digital sales functions. We sell through Amazon, our own e-commerce, and 3rd-party retailers. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for well-known artists and influencers who want to build their own brands.

For our Hamburg office, we are looking for a Production Shift Lead (f/m/x).

Tasks

• Leading the production team in ongoing shift operations and monitoring work processes
• Planning personnel deployment and machine allocation for the shift group, as well as keeping shift, duty and deployment schedules
• Setting, retooling and programming plant and machinery
• Securing and using raw and auxiliary materials
• Adherence to the production plan and quality standards
• Reporting to the production management
• Eliminating production faults or arranging for their elimination
• Monitoring occupational health and safety regulations
• Induction of employees
• Documenting production data and downtimes
• Participating in initial and further training in the company

Requirements

• Ideally a completed professional education in a technical profession, master craftsman or even a completed engineering degree
• Experience in shift management and technical leadership
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
