Senior Marketing Manager

Clay is the first mental health training club. As the "Freeletics for Mental Health" - we offer personalized training plans and a community for your mental matters, presented by real psychologists.

We are a venture-backed startup founded on the belief that there should be a modern & digital approach to reaching mental health goals, one that encourages to openly talk about mental illness. One that removes the stigma of mental illness and is focused on preventive care.

Our product combines the latest science and best tech with experienced therapists.

Tasks

• Define and lead the implementation of clay's overall marketing strategy in line with our business and growth goals - in close collaboration with one of our co-founders.
• Drive the marketing strategy, campaign ideation, execution and analysis.
• Focus on our data driven approach to prioritize, evaluate, and optimize marketing tactics.
• Be responsible for a 6-digit annual marketing budget, as well as the overall marketing reporting, channel attribution & the analysis of marketing effectiveness.
• Be responsible for developing the brand positioning and communication strategy of the company.
• Build and grow a highly engaged and loyal community around our brand, driven by both influencers and fans of the brand.
• Manage & create our social media campaigns on various channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2C marketing experience in a fast growing company. Experience in the app industry and with D2C brands is a plus.
• Strong experience in Performance Marketing, Brand- and Influencer Marketing as well as community-building.
• Strong experience with customer acquisition and the mechanics of related revenue streams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data and transfer it into actionable steps.
• Deep understanding of common performance marketing platforms
• Structured and result-oriented, combined with a hands-on mindset.
• Dynamic personality, full of energy and ideas.
• Culture and value driven attitude.
• Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship as well as a passion for fast-growing start-up environments.
• Experience in entering and scaling international markets a plus.
• German language is a big plus.
