Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• As Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) you own the end-to-end product development and directly contribute to the strategic goals as well as success of your business area
• You are defining the product strategy based on the customers needs, business goals and our company vision
• You collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders, including the C-Board, to gain in depth understanding of the (product-)requirements and thus drive the creation as well as the implementation of the goal-oriented roadmap
• You are defining relevant KPIs that can track the success of your product and enable efficient as well as scalable structures
• You always keep an eye on the product backlog, prioritize clearly according to the business value and thus enable the fast implementation of small releases in order to quickly gain insights
• You are part of an agile, cross-functional team and a central contact person for all colleagues as well as stakeholders

Skills

• You have extensive experience in concepting and implementing product strategies as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar and can demonstrate an excellent university degree
• You are enthusiastic about product discovery as well as delivery, are passionate about analysing data and are capable to build complex products from scratch
• You think entrepreneurially, are extremely strong in implementation and achieve your goals with a high degree of responsibility
• You have a strong analytical mindset, good technical understanding as well as experience working with UX design and working agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• You follow the newest trends in technology, are an absolute teamplayer and your excellent communication skills in german and english as well as a healthy sense of humor distinguish you
