In the most beautiful city of Menorca, Ciutadella de Menorca, Blanca de Olivar opens its own boutique Real Estate Agency, where the most demanding clients look for off-market products where to project the residence of their dreams: Palaces, land with private beaches, first sea line houses....in addition to organizing luxury experiences in the most beautiful places in Menorca.
Tasks
Head of the office
Look for opportunities in the market
Receive our clients
Prepare presentations of portfolio assets
Grow our network of scouts
In contact with architects, lawyers, notaries, builders, etc.
Requirements
French is a must.
English is a must.
Spanish is a must.
Impeccable presence and protocol.
Good writting and speaking skills.
Use of PowerPoint, Canva, Newsletters, Addwords, Facebook Adds, PDF.
