Venture Development Intern (m/f/d)

AMAZD is a VC-backed startup in its early days past the first seeding round. With a remote first approach we offer great flexibility, while at the same time provide spacious, modern offices in Munich and Berlin.

AMAZD is an innovative conversational storefront empowering businesses to offer genuine hyper-personal advice and deliver a hugely positive customer experience. It provides shoppers with a way to buy online and interact with product experts who are real people - just as they would in-store. In doing so, AMAZD enables businesses to increase sales and customer loyalty, by helping shoppers make better purchase decisions and driving engagement from discovery to checkout.

Tasks

• You will accompany versatile projects within our business development team
• You will work intensively and independently with our customers, as well as with other teams internally, to actively drive the product forward
• You will work cross-functionally with our co-founders, product developers and commercial team on ad hoc projects, which will give you the unique opportunity to shape processes in a fast growing company.

Requirements

• You have already gained some practical experience in consulting, start-ups, tech companies or business development
• You are studying or have an outstanding degree from a top university
• You have an entrepreneurial mind-set with a keen interest in start-ups and technology
• You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
• You are talented at quickly grasping problems and finding solutions, and you enjoy communicating with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• You are business fluent in English. You are proficient in MS Office and enjoy working with new software.
• Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well
