Test Automation Consultant (m/f/x)

As a Test Automation Consultant (m/f/x), you will work as part of a passionate agile project team to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process..

Tasks

• Software testing using Intelligent Automation principles for client software, data, and mobile products.
• Design, document, and implement development and test infrastructure for client applications.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to design efficient Intelligent Automation test strategies, build test suites, and speed up software releases for our clients.
• Facilitate and mentor our engineers in Intelligent Test Automation topics, incorporate quality metrics into the development process, and encourage creating robust products.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 2+ years consulting or industry experience using automation testing tools, particularly within Mobile Apps.
• Experience with open source automation tools (e.g: Appium, Selenium)
• Practical experience with Java programming language
• Knowledge of build automation systems (e.g. Ant, Maven), version control (e.g. Git, SVN) and continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)
• You own your tasks, are able to clearly interpret and communicate test results
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Fluent business level English (German nice to have)
