Senior Health Safety Environment Specialist (m/f/d) / Fachkraft f r Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Coordinate and advise site management
• Operate and maintain the Global HSE Management System
• Create and follow up on corrective actions
• Implement and support corporate and business unit HSE campaigns
• Assist in the preparation and revision of risk assessments
• Establish and review legal requirements for occupational safety and environmental protection
• Systematic analyzing of injuries and accidents (RCCA)
• Participation in inspections (Gemba)
• Participation in higher-level networks for the coordination of HSE requirements

Requirements

• Knowledge of US-American HSE requirements and strategies desirable
• Knowledge of global requirements for preventive HSE management systems
• Understanding of key performance indicator driven HSE management systems
• Experience and knowledge of lean manufacturing production systems desirable
• Competence and experience in facilitating and organizing HSE management requirements
• Sound knowledge of German occupational health and safety and environmental protection law
• Training as an occupational safety specialist required
• Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
• High readiness for self-organization and self-structuring required
• High willingness to communicate
