Job Description

XR Bootcamp is a global online academy,
offering beginner to advanced XR development courses. Curricula are
developed and taught by award-winning, cutting-edge leading VR, AR, and
MR professionals.

XR Bootcamp's cutting-edge courses are for
designers, game developers, managers, and coders who want to learn how
to prototype XR Applications and learn AR, VR, and MR development. XR
Bootcamp further supports the XR Creators community with free and open
access to knowledge, peer-to-peer learning, and networking
opportunities.

XR Bootcamp is proud that alumni leave outstanding
reviews and work at companies like Accenture, Boeing, Magic Leap,
Microsoft, Siemens, Riot Games, IBM, and Dell.

Tasks

  • Implement the sales strategy
  • Support the definition of the sales strategy, working closely with the cofounders
  • Answer inbound sales enquiries (emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, HubSpot calls, etc.);
  • Implement nurturing strategies to qualify leads for the admissions process, for example via the execution of outbound calls and retargeting campaigns;
  • Lead sales-related events including open evenings, info sessions, and webinars;
  • Work closely with local Marketing, Careers, and Partnerships teams to curate weekly action plans for content creation and new ideas to fuel sales;
  • Work with regional leads to identify pipeline bottlenecks, key applicant blockers and conjointly define improvement plans and new sales tactics to implement.
  • Own the candidate pipeline
  • Manage admissions pipelines from end to end across our programs;
  • Interview candidates to assess their motivations, career projects and tech prerequisite skills to ensure our Bootcamp will help them reach their goals and objectives;
  • Nurture candidates in the pipeline, ensuring frequent touchpoints and providing quick clarifications when requested, properly documenting all interactions;
  • Monitor preparation work before the Bootcamps begin, and align with the tech team on recommended resources, equipment, and adjustments, as needed;
  • Communicate with the operations teams to ensure that all courses are properly sized and ready to receive the upcoming students;
  • lead-upSend relevant information and updates to all candidates and relevant third parties (eg. funding partners) in the lead up to the Bootcamp start date;
  • Improve our admissions processes based on your observations, relevant data, and discussions with trainers and team

You d be joining us as a Werkstudent at 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone to work with us long-term and a full-time opportunity is given.
