Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent for Bose will be:

• Providing support to customers by responding to inbound requests and document relevant case information
• Assisting users with pre-sales,
• general inquiries and technical support issues via phone/email/social media channels
• Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat) and public (social/forums/e-commerce reviews) channels Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner

• Working hours: full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (Mon-Sat 8 AM to 5 PM)

2. Private health insurance is included from the first day of your contractuded): 950 1.000 gross/month (based on level of experience)

• Excluding accommodation: 1.350 gross/month (based on level of experience)

• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
