Inside Sales Representative (m/f)

(in one our 5 branches mentioned above)

Tasks

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working in a fast-paced, motivated environment and you ll be a key player in helping our team to establish and maintain our exceptional relationships with our customers.

Acquisition of new customers

Market research by phone and e-mail to increase our customer base

Maintain the relationships with existing clients

Report and implement the results of negotiations in our CRM system

After sales services

Occasional handling of claims

Internal cooperation with our Transport Managers

Requirements

You have a SALES personality . You find the right words in friendly, but sometimes also tough negotiations with customers in addition to having the following:

A high school diploma/higher educational degree and/or experience in Sales

A pleasant personality for phone sales

Strong oral and written communication skills

You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of at least one further language (Italian, French, Spanish and/or German)

You are flexible and able to cope in challenging situations
