Role: IT Reporting Analytics
Location: Remote, USA
Client: TCS
Position Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Developing and maintaining complex algorithms for Availability reporting across applications, infrastructure, and shared services
- Developing data reconciliations and tools to research and analyze data with focus on improved analytics
- Participating in special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests, as needed
- Communicating with multiple business areas and staff levels
- Maintaining documentation on reporting processes, procedures, and methodology
- Experience with Tableau or similar visual analytics tools
- Expert level experience with MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Expert level experience with SQL
- Solid mathematical and communication skills
