Job description:
- Serving as a business process expert for complex implementation projects
- Thought leadership in one or more of the following: Industry processes, change management, and business process design.
- Meaningful contributions to internal processes and standards.
- Building trusted relationships with clients through empathetic guidance on the design of business processes
- Leading collaborative working sessions with clients and partners to elicit business requirements.
- Translating input of varying detail into project, process delivery requirements for the purposes of scoping and solution design.
