• Handle the maintenance in the workshop
• Adjust the workloads of employees to match their skills and abilities
• Handle diagnoses and preliminary diagnoses on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids
• Document diagnosis methods and processes
• Contact the customer for additional information on the malfunction
• Provide the service technicians with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them and assist/ guide him to solve the problem
• Contact technical support department in case of complex technical problems
• Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock
• Handle the training and development of technicians in the division
• Contact the warranty department to ensure the time allowed for warranty and goodwill work is met
• Handle concluding function and quality checks to ensure the sustainability of the repair
• Handle technical products reports on vehicle faults, description of causes and measures
